脫硫泵變徑管道沖刷磨損保護
脫硫泵變徑管道（企業(yè)稱為大小頭）防磨損保護，該管道腐蝕、磨損劇烈，需要保護的有四個，其中一個以前采用襯膠涂層，兩個采用貼陶瓷片，另外一個焊接耐磨涂層，使用效果均一般。
首先清除管道內的襯膠層、陶瓷片等，用磨光機進行打磨，然后噴砂處理，涂抹SD3000底涂，然后刮涂SD7400碳納米聚合物耐磨材料。
